Seniors’ Smallwood Center’s “Halloween Party & Dance,” Wed., October 15th
11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Calling all Seniors! Dress up in your masks, sheets and scary or funny costumes (or just come as you are), and JOIN US for a rousing HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARTY & DANCE on Wed., October 15th, 11:00 to 3:00 at the Smallwood Center! Enjoy a great lunch, COSTUME CONTEST, favors, raffles, prizes and surprises, games all morning and dancing all afternoon to the music of MIKE JACOBS! Bring a friend, meet old friends and make new ones as we celebrate Halloween together at this fun party and dance. All seniors welcome! Advance tickets available at the Smallwood Center, Members $9—-Guests $10. Don’t miss it!

Making Headway for Animals

Making Headway for Animals

The Humane Society of the United States invites our members, supporters and other animal advocates to join your HSUS Ohio state director to discuss current legislative issues and learn what you can do to take action for animals in Ohio.

This exciting workshop includes a brief video highlighting our past achievements and our goals for the future. We'll also give you an overview on important pending animal protection bills and why your support is vitally needed, including Ohio's cockfighting bill presented by JP Goodwin, Director of Animal Cruelty Policy for The HSUS's Animal Cruelty & Fighting Campaign. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided
