Reiki Level 1 Class ~'~ Loving Hands Reiki
10:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Learn how to give a Reiki treatment to yourself, other people and your pets. You will become “attuned” to the Universal healing energy and learn hand positions for providing treatments. This class is beneficial for people who have chronic health challenges, have pets with chronic health challenges, or want to help provide healing to others.

We will also discuss intuitive and shamanic healing methods, and how to incorporate pendulums, crystals and aromatherapy into your treatments. This class is taught in the traditional Usui method. Please bring a brown bag lunch.

Cost: $200 per person ($50 deposit due one week prior to class to reserve your space)

friends and other caregivers
• Identify adaptations to your home to ensure
safety

Education for Seniors and Families Series: – GETTING STARTED CARING FOR A LOVED ONE-
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
48 percent of family caregivers are caring for someone who lives in his or her own home. Many are also working outside the home. This free shop will help care givers learn caring techniques and strategies to keep the "car" in caring. The workshop is free but class is limited to 25 people. You must register at 440-734-7441 to reserve your seat and materials. Look for our free Saturday classes every month!
