Parma Heights Household Hazardous Waste Round-Up

Saturday, June 4, 2011, from 9:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. has been chosen for the city’s Household Hazardous Waste Round-Up event. According to Michelle Teresi, Acting Director of Public Service, the event will be held at the Parma Heights Service Garage located at 6184 Pearl Road in the Greenbrier Commons and proof of residency is required. 

Residents may drop off their unwanted household oil-based paints and products, pesticides, fertilizers, and chemicals.  “Please note that latex paint is not accepted at this event as it is a biodegradable product,” Teresi emphasized.
