Ward 9 And Ward 4 Combined Picnic
On September 24 Parma Ward 9 Councilman Jeffrey Crossman and Ward 4 Councilwoman Kristin Saban held their first joint picnic at the pavilion at Westcreek Reservation. there was a fantastic turnout, and although the calendar said late September, the weather was more like mid-July. Why aren't the other 7 wards in Parma holding events like this one?
