Iditarod Trail

The Parma Heights Branch of Cuyahoga County Public LIbrary will host Iditarod Trail on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 7:00 –8:30 p.m.  Join local dog sledding enthusiast Eleanor Csizmadia who will share her experiences visiting the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race and her passion for this most unique sporting event in the world. Returning from attending the 2022 Iditarod, Eleanor will speak about her studies of the Last Great Race and share photos. Eleanor will discuss the history, facts, rules and what makes this race so special and unique. Learn about the mushers, the race, the Cleveland connection to the 2023 race and why dogs love to run.
