Rally Seeking Justice For Dawn Pasela
4:30 PM - 6:00 PM
New evidence supports foul play in the death of Dawn Pasela, 26, found dead after the following events she was scheduled to testify in court as a defense witness for Tony Viola, who sadly became a scapegoat from her then boss, prosecutor Dan Kasaris, whom has threatened Dawn and her family about the consequences she would receive if she testified. When Dawn was found dead in her apartment after her father called for a wellness check, Parma police conducted poor investigative procedures, such as: failing to collect the three cell phones that were present in the apartment along with her missing computer that contained evidence of Tony being falsely accused of fraud. any other possible evidence. Took photographs carelessly after moving her body. With little to no evidence the Medical Examiner who only conducted a cursory exam thus concluding her death was “accidental”
