Gracehaven provides comprehensive Community Case Management for youth ages 11-19 who are victims, survivors or at-risk of sex trafficking. Case managers are based in Cleveland, Toledo, and Columbus and serve youth throughout Ohio. Additionally, Gracehaven operates a Therapeutic Group Home for survivors and facilitates Human Trafficking Prevention Education for youth and Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking Intervention Training for professionals.
