Get Outside And Enjoy Parma Heights Recreational Activities

With the school year officially over, kids and families can begin to fill their summer calendars with fun activities and events close to home! Enjoy staycationing with the City of Parma Heights Recreation Department all summer long.

The Greenbrier Commons features tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, a great play area with swings, slides, climbing structure, and a hiking trail behind the Cassidy Theatre. Plus, when the weather is warm, everyone enjoys swimming, going down the slides and taking a dip in the pool.

Mark your calendar for the second annual Christmas in July party on Saturday, July 22 from 1 to 4pm at the Parma Heights Pool. Guests can wear their favorite Christmas outfit or Hawaiian shirt, and maybe they'll be crowned best dressed! Enjoy free crafts, games and more outside in Greenbrier Commons and then cool off at the Parma Heights Pool with surfing Santa & his elves (pool admission fees apply). And as the sun sets, enjoy a Dive-In Movie featuring “The Polar Express” at 8:30pm.
