Holy Family Home Health Care Earns Five-Star Rating In Patient Satisfaction

We are pleased to announce that Holy Family Home Health Care has been awarded a 5-star rating for patient satisfaction. Holy Family Home Health Care scored ninety-percent in the patient recommendation category while the Ohio average sits at seventy-four and the national average at seventy-eight. The rating is scored through the Home Health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HHCAHPS).

The CAHPS Home Health Survey focuses on a variety of categories, including professionalism of care, communication with patients, explanation of home safety and medications, rating of the overall home health care experience and willingness to recommend our home health care.

Care Compare on Medicare.gov is the official CMS website for publicly reporting quality measures for care provided by home health care and other health care providers. This site was created to help consumers compare home health care providers’ performance and assist consumers.
