November 22, 1963

On November 22, 1963, John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas. Over the years, there have been numerous books, documentaries and movies that were made putting forward different theories about who was behind it. One of the 1st major motion pictures about the JFK assassination that reached the theaters was the conspiracy thriller “Executive Action”, released in 1973, starring Burt Lancaster. This movie hinted that certain powerful politicians were behind organizing the killing of Kennedy over political ambitions.

Then in 1991, the epic thriller “JFK”, directed by Oliver Stone, was released to theaters everywhere. Even this movie altered many of the facts of the case, so the director could push his own theory on the American people. (An example of this is when a certain governor of the United States made a statement that, Oswald could not have shot Kennedy from the depository building because his military shooting score was very low, when in fact he scored very high marks in the rifle range.
