3rd Annual Earth Day In The Commons
The City of Parma Heights is hosting the 3rd Annual Earth Day in the Commons sponsored by NOPEC on Saturday, April 27 from 1 to 4pm in Greenbriar Commons. The family-friendly, free event features a mix of local vendors and exhibitors: NOPEC, Cleveland Metroparks – Watershed Stewardship Center, Drink Local Drink Tap, Good Nature Organic Lawn Care, Cuyahoga County Solid Waste District, Meadow City Native Plant Nursery, West Creek Conservancy, Cuyahoga County Department of Sustainability, Nature Center at Shaker Lakes, Big Creek Connects, Western Cuyahoga Audubon Chapter, Hive Works Honey, Lucky Paws Foster Group, Cuyahoga Soil & Water, Republic Services and more.
Parma Heights community partners will feature Cuyahoga County Public Library – Parma Heights Branch, Parma Heights Senior Center, Parma Heights Historical Society, Parma City Schools District, Parma Heights Garden Club, Parma Animal Shelter and Parma Heights City Council.
SATOO Reptiles & Aquatics will have live animals on display, too.
Plus, the Parma Heights Police and Parma Heights Fire Departments will have vehicles for kids to sit-in, Samurai Dynasty food trucks and more.
