Chad Lowther is the Head of Adult Services Department at the Parma-Powers Branch Library. He is genuinely invested in serving Parma and its surrounding communities. Chad is committed to promoting literacy and helping the public access and discover valuable information resources. He is also proud to help offer a diverse range of quality library programming that is practical, thought-provoking, and entertaining.
