Travel The Silk Road: Journey Through Asia

The Parma Heights Branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library will host Travel the Silk Road: Journey through Asia on Tuesday morning, May 6th from 11:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.May is National Asian American Pacific Islander Month. Celebrate Asian culture and art. The Cleveland Museum of Art will talk about the Silk Road and how travelling this journey influenced many cultures and religions through art. Learn about authentic works of art from China, India and Thailand in this hands-on experience and discussion. Please note:Participants will be required to have clean hands when handling the art objects. Registration required.
